SMENTOR - VIET NAM INSTITUTE FOR RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF PRACTICAL POLYTECHNICS
Vietnam Institute for Research and Application of Practical Polytechnics is a unit of the Central Institute, and was established and licensed by the Ministry of Science and Technology, according to Decision No. 54/QD-VRA dated March 22, 2019, license No. A-2059.
MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THE SMENTOR INSTITUTE
Vietnam Institute of Practical Polytechnics, are the leaders in research and honouring professions. Creating an environment for training, coaching and consulting the younger generation of students, young people, scientists and business managers about the knowledge of practice and profession in Vietnam.
FUNCTION
- Establish a Department, establish a Practice Center and establish a Sub-Institute with the direction and management from the Institute.
- Training and fostering knowledge to develop professions, skills and management.
- Research on occupations in the socialist-oriented market mechanism and international integration
- Scientific and technological research in the service of industry development and science and technology transfer.
- Cooperate with international organizations and businesses to promote the Training, Application and Practice model.
- Granting diplomas and certificates of practical training, transforming applied practice subjects.
- Advising and consulting on socio-economic issues to develop the succession of human resources of Vietnamese enterprises.
MISSION
- Promote research projects, science projects, attract and support young scientists to participate in the topic, develop and contribute to the development of the profession.
- Research and propose solutions on science and technology, technology, practical skills to improve the quality of human resources and perform science and technology tasks as well as science and technology research services.
- Consulting and performing consulting services on socio-economic issues.
- Cooperate with organizations, individuals, businesses, domestic and foreign universities to associate training and fostering for personnel and scientists to perform the functions and tasks of the Institute by regulations of the Institute. Law and Charter of Vietnam Record Association.
- Advising and advising Enterprises on application practice models, successional personnel models, administration and administration. Taking practice as a criterion for business operation.
