About The Sub-Institute

The Sub-Institute of the Vietnam Research and Application Institute of Practical Polytechnics is a scientific non-business organization, directly under the Vietnam Institute of Applied Polytechnic, with the function of researching and implementing scientific research activities and research – application of professional practice in Vietnam.

    3.Function:

    The Sub-Institute of the Vietnam Research and Application Institute of Practical Polytechnics is a scientific non-business organization, directly under the Vietnam Research and Application Institute of Practical Polytechnics, with the function of researching and implementing scientific activities, research, and application of professions in Vietnam in provinces.

  1. Mission:Participating in and performing the tasks assigned by the Director of the Vietnam Institute for Research and Application of Polytechnics to assign; participate in and support the Institute’s professional activities in the provinces in Vietnam.

Develop long-term, annual research plans of the Institute at the Sub-institute’s location on projects, scientific projects, regional solutions, and industries, etc., and submit them to the Director of the Vietnam Institute for Research and Application of Polytechnics and organize their implementation after being approved.

Develop plans for cooperation, joint ventures, receiving sponsorship from agencies, units, and individuals in the provinces; contribute capital in cash, property, the value of intellectual property rights for scientific and technological activities, report and organize implementation under the Director of the Vietnam Institute for Research and Application of Polytechnics; closely coordinate with the Sub-Institute in Ho Chi Minh City in professional activities in the provinces.

Develop a plan of service activities on scientific research, suitable professional consulting in the provinces in Vietnam according to current regulations.

 

Coordinate with the Departments and Centres of the Vietnam Institute for Research and Application of Polytechnics to practice organizing the following activities: Conferences, Seminars, Scientific, Discussions about professions in the provinces; formulating plans to publish books and proceedings of scientific conferences; participate in writing articles for the Journal, published on the Website; publishing the Journal in the provinces; participate in international integration activities in science and technology, report and organize the implementation under the direction of the Director and legal regulations.
