The Second Preliminary Round welcomes the presence of teachers who have greatly supported the organization of the contest. Mr. Tran The Phi (PhD, Dean of Faculty of Foreign Languages, Saigon University) thanked and shared about the contest: “We are very honored to participate in the English Olympics of Vietnam contest at Saigon University for the first time. held in Vietnam. In the Offline Preliminary Round II, the candidates will also express their personal views in English on one of the three topics proposed by the Organizing Committee. The three topics include:

Similar to the first round of Preliminary Selection, the judges will also evaluate the candidates based on the criteria of fluency in presentation, persuasive content, correct grammar and pronunciation. Excellent candidates will be selected to advance to the next round.
